Pets may be allowed under some circumstances. The standard pet fee is $25 pet month. There is usually no extra security deposit charge for a pet. All tenants must agree to be responsible for a pet. Please ask LGP if your property is pet friendly!
No. We are only able to accept checks, money orders, and cash.
If you are on a joint lease with other individuals we would prefer that you and your roommates made one payment of the full amount from your unit.
Yes, we have a rent drop box right next to our front door so you can always make a payment at any time on any day.
A "5-Day Notice" requires a tenant to pay the outstanding balance on their account within 5 days or vacate the property. If the balance is paid on time, the tenant does not have to vacate. Please contact LGP with any further questions or clarifications and let us work with you regarding any payment issues.
The representative is the person who would make the rent payment for your group. Also at the end of the lease the representative is the person who will receive the security deposit and it is their responsibility to divide it between tenants.
It is a sum of money that is allocated to pay for selected utilities at your property. The Budget is built into your rent. At the end of your lease term the budget will be reconciled; any money left over will be returned to you and any overage will be taken from the security deposit.
Rent is due for all tenants on the first (1st) of each month. Rent that is mailed must be postmarked by the 1st of each month. See your lease for other specific details.
